The home vineyard takes in two terroirs: grey gravelly loams over clay and red loam over gravel

uncomplicated with beautifully formed bubbles wafting classic Cava lemony-apple-macadamia fruit along a lovely fine palate with shaley earth and waxy florals

The wines were fermented in one and two tonne open fermenters using different treatments including some inclusion of whole bunches on a couple of parcels
